Light Corn Syrup Substitute:
***CLEARLY ONE WITH A CORN ALLERGY CAN NOT USE CORN SYRUP***
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients.
2. Over medium heat, bring to full boil.
3. Boil for one minute, or until all sugar particles are dissolved.
4. Transfer mixture into airtight refrigerator container.
